Fairy Tale

Music evokes all types of emotions; sadness, joy, reflection, pride, to name just a few. I recently started playing clarinet again after a very long break, and am reminded of the prominent German writer, Berthold Auerbach, who is credited with this adage: Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.

'Fairy Tale' by Michael Learns to Rock also reminds me of this quote by Aristotle Plato: Music gives a soul to the Universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, a charm to sadness, gaiety and life to everything. It is the essence of order and leads to all that is good and just and beautiful.
